Service Description

7th-12th graders, join Freeze this Summer for an Advanced Pre-Tryout Camp. This camp is designed to meet the demands of those players trying out for high school volleyball. Campers will be split up by age, skill level and position for a variety of game play and positional drills. Players will be given advanced instruction by highly experienced coaches. Players will also work with the performance staff at Athletic Gaines to prepare their bodies for tryouts to have more power and endurance while reducing soreness and fatigue. This camp will run at a high intensity and players should be experienced and prepared to work hard. Campers should bring a labeled water bottle. Join us this summer and prepare for the upcoming high school volleyball season!
