Grades 5-8, join our Freeze Volleyball this summer! The Freeze Summer Training Program is designed to help athletes keep improving and stay connected with the game all summer long. Led by our exceptional coaching staff—including former Division I athletes and experienced club coaches—this program focuses on building a strong foundation in all the core volleyball skills: passing, setting, hitting, and serving, along with game-play to apply what they’ve learned. Whether your athlete is just starting out or looking to refine her skills, this program provides high-level training in a fun, challenging environment.
