Freeze Club Teams

Freeze club teams run November through late spring/early summer with practices twice/week and weekend tournaments to help players take their game to the next level.

We’re a boutique club—simple, flexible, and built around each team’s needs. Every team gets great coaching, training, and competition, with the option to attend Nationals if it’s the right fit.

More Club Team Information

We will begin practices the week of November 12. Our first two weeks of practices will run as evaluation practices to finalize our club teams. You will receive an email with your initial practice schedule shortly following tryouts. Once we finalize teams, you will be given your practice and tournament schedule for the remainder of the season. While we work very hard to maintain a consistent practice schedule for the season, practice and tournament schedules are always subject to change.

Our proposed practice plan (*subject to change):

  • 10s-12s: Mondays and Wednesdays: 5-6:30pm or Tuesdays and Thursdays: 5-6:30pm

  • 13s-14s: Tuesdays and Thursdays or Mondays and Wednesdays 5-7:30pm or 6-8:30pm (includes 30 min of strength training)

  • 15s-16s: Tuesdays and Thursdays: 7-9:30pm (includes 30 min of strength training)

  • 17s-18s: Mondays and Wednesdays: 7-9:30pm (includes 30 min of strength training)

What’s Included in Freeze Team Fees

At Freeze, our team fees are all-inclusive, covering everything your athlete needs to train, develop, and compete throughout the season.

Included in team fees:

  • Governing body registration (JVA, AAU, etc.)

  • Gym space and equipment

  • Strength training sessions

  • Coaches’ pay

  • Strength trainers’ pay

  • Coaches’ travel costs

  • Tournament registration fees

  • Player apparel package: 2 jerseys (1 jersey for 10U-11U), 2 shorts, 2 practice t-shirts, a sweatshirt, and a backpack (15U and older also receive a team jacket)

  • Freeze Kick-Off Event — a fun way to celebrate the start of the season with players, coaches, and families

  • …and more!

Not included in team fees:

  • Player travel expenses (transportation, housing, food)

We used to cover player travel in our fees, but found it wasn’t the best experience for families or athletes. Most parents choose to travel with their daughters to tournaments, paying for their own accommodations and often preferring their athlete to stay with them. Athletes also perform better when they stay with family rather than being roomed with other players.

By keeping travel outside of team fees, we:

  • Allow parents to manage their own travel plans and costs

  • Avoid the need for designated club chaperones

  • Give families flexibility to use frequent flyer miles, hotel rewards, and other benefits

This structure keeps our fees straightforward and ensures families have the freedom to travel in the way that works best for them.

Team fee payment schedule

Step 1 - $1000.00 due on tryout day when accepting a spot in "the club".

Step 2 – Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is divided into 4 equal monthly payments due on:

  • December 2025

  • January 2026

  • February 2026

  • March 2026
