Join us for our pre-tryout open gyms and experience the welcoming, family-like culture at Minnesota Freeze! Our open gyms offer a great opportunity to get to know our coaches, meet other athletes, and get a feel for our gym environment before tryouts. Whether you're new to the club or returning, we encourage you to come out, build skills, and see what we're all about. We look forward to seeing you on the court!

Registration for our 2026 Freeze Fall Volleyball League opens Monday, August 11 at 8:00 AM! Open to athletes in grades 4–7, our league is the perfect place to build skills, gain confidence, and develop a love for the game in a fun, positive environment led by our experienced Freeze coaching staff. Join us this fall as we learn, compete, and grow together!

Our 2026 Freeze Summer Camps are officially open for registration! 🏐☀️ Join us July 13–16 at South View Middle School for our Youth (grades 1–5) and Junior (grades 6–9) camps — designed to build strong fundamentals, confidence, and a love for the game in a fun, high-energy environment.

Grades 1-6, join us for 6 weeks in the spring and build confidence while learning volleyball fundamentals—serving, passing, setting, and hitting—through engaging, game-like drills.

Get ready for an exciting winter of volleyball with Freeze Volleyball’s Youth Development Program! Registration opens on December 1, 2025.

Join us this fall for our youth and junior clinics designed for players in grades 1-4 and 5-8. 

Join us this summer! We have 3 different camps designed to help every athlete at all skill levels. We have a youth camp, a junior camp and a pre-tryout high school prep camp! 

Join us this spring for our youth development teams (runs February-April) or for our spring clinics which run on Wednesday nights for 6 weeks in April and May!​​
